Change and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or change your in-person registration up to 11:59pm on May 22nd, 2024 by Emailing orders@mlag.org, or contacting us by phone. After that date, no refunds or changes are available. Please see our terms and conditions for the full details, including applicable change and cancellation fees.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance may provide protection against late cancellation or other travel related issues. Policy coverage differs greatly, many policies have minimum travel distance requirements, and not all policies include cancellation coverage for any reason.
