Gathering Ticket Gathering Ticket

The Full Gathering starts on Wednesday afternoon, June 7. In addition, three focused nine-hour pre-gathering classes are offered on Tuesday, June 6, and Wednesday morning, June 7. Please select your gathering ticket first from the following options; we will take care of pre-gathering class and lodging choices next:

  • Full: Access to all workshops and other events from 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7 through Sunday, June 11.
  • Weekend: Access to all workshops and events from 1 p.m. on Friday, June 9 through Sunday, June 11.
  • Non-Workshop Participant: Access to concerts, but not to workshops, from 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7 through Sunday, June 11.
  • Non-Workshop Participant Weekend: Access to concerts, but not to workshops, from 1 p.m. on Friday, June 9 through Sunday, June 11.
  • Child under 16: Complimentary access to all workshops and other events from 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7 through Sunday, June 11.
  • Pre-Gathering Class Only: Attend a pre-gathering class Tuesday, June 6 and Wednesday, June 7, without access to the Gathering.

Early Bird Rates are offered until February 15th; after that date you will pay full price.

If you are registering more than one person, you will repeat these Registration steps for each person on your order.

Non-Workshop Participants and children under 16 must include a Full or Weekend ticket on the same order.

Lodging Lodging

We offer the following lodging options:

  • On Campus Bed - Shared Room - Including Meals: Book one of the two Twin XL beds in a dorm room. You will share the room with one other paying person. Normally $79 per person per night, but for 2023 on sale for $59 per person per night
  • On Campus Bed - Private Room - Including Meals: Book a whole room for yourself, no sharing! Normally $119 per person per night, but for 2023 on sale for $89 per person night; limited availability
  • Dry Camping - On Campus - No Meals Included: Bring your tent, camper or RV. There are no hookups (water, electric, or sewer); you will get access to bathrooms and showers in the dorm. $10 per unit per night, plus a one-time $40 facility fee per person
  • Additional Camper - No Meals Included: Choose this for additional people sharing a tent, camper, or RV, and pay a one-time $40 facility fee per additional person
  • Off Campus - No Meals Included: You stay where you like off-campus, and pay a one-time $40 facility fee per person

Dorm Room Description: All dorm rooms have two twin XL beds, two sinks, two desks, two chairs, two dressers, two closets, a single private bathroom, air conditioning, and high speed Wi-Fi.

Dorm Room Needs: We have a limited number of linen packages available for rent that include a twin extra-long sheet set, pillow, blanket, bath towel, and washcloth. Otherwise, you must bring your own linens and pillow. You also may wish to bring a separate hand towel. Other things that are NOT provided in the dorm rooms are soap, shampoo & conditioner, cups, and night light. Other optional items you may find useful if it’s possible for you to bring them are a shower caddy, clothes hangers, lamp, mattress pad, and bath mat.

Meals: Dorm dwellers get breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day, starting with dinner on the day of arrival and ending with lunch on Sunday. People not staying in the dorm can use a credit or debit card (no cash accepted) to purchase meals at the dining hall. All meals are cafeteria style; multiple food options are available at each meal, including vegetarian and gluten-free.

Length of stay: You cannot check in before 3PM on Monday, and must be checked out no later than 4PM on Sunday. We cannot offer early arrivals or late departures. Arrival after your designated check-in day is not a problem.

COVID Vaccination Status *

I certify the person named on this registration will be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and be “Up To Date” as defined by the US CDC at the time of the Gathering, and will present proof of vaccination at on-site check-in.

 

I understand that the vaccination status of every attendee will be checked, and that attendees without proof of Up To Date COVID-19 vaccination will be denied entry, and will not receive a refund.

Assumption of Risk and Release *

This section covers all aspects of our in-person Mountain Laurel Autoharp Gathering (“MLAG”). All people named on In-Person Registration are considered MLAG Attendees (“Attendees”). The customer purchasing this product (“You”) is agreeing to the following.

 

In consideration of the Attendee(s) being allowed to participate in MLAG, Attendee(s) release MLAG Inc., its directors, agents, and employees (“Releasees”) from any liability for all claims, including claims for the negligence of Releasees, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, which may result from Attendee(s) attending and traveling to and from the MLAG. Attendee(s) give up all rights to sue or to make a claim against Releasees for any property damage, personal injury, or illness. Attendee(s) recognize that there are risks to property and injury or illness to persons that may occur while traveling to and from and while attending the MLAG. Attendee(s) will indemnify Releasees from claims of others against Releasees regarding any damage, injury, or illness that Attendee(s) may either cause or receive.

 

If one Attendee signs or approves this Registration and Purchase order for more than just himself or herself, that Attendee hereby certifies that they are legally authorized to bind the other Attendee(s) shown on the Registration and Purchase order to this Assumption of Risk Agreement and Release. That Attendee so signing or approving will fully indemnify Releasees from any and all claims against Releasees made by the other Attendee(s) for any damage, injury, or illness that the other Attendee(s) may either cause or receive.

 

With regard to Attendee’s child/children who is/are under 18 years of age (“Child”) the undersigned adult Attendee(s) certify that they are the parents of Child, accept this Agreement and Release on behalf of Child, and assume all responsibility for the supervision of and all risk of damage, injury, or illness that may occur to or be caused by Child while attending, participating in, and while traveling to and from the MLAG. Attendee(s) will indemnify Releasees from any claims made by or on behalf of Child and/or others arising out of such damage, injury, or illness, including claims for contribution and indemnification.

 

By checking the “Accepted” check box and registering for the Gathering You indicate that all Attendees listed on this order intend to be legally bound, and have read this release and have accepted it with full understanding of its meaning.
